Legal Question in Workers Comp in Michigan

workman comp

How long do the insurance companies have before they have to start paying comp? They keep telling me they don't have all the documents needed to determine wether it's work related or not. Yet I get copies of the fees they have covered from the doctor/pharmacy

Re: workman comp

They should pay within 7 days. You should probably see a workers compensation lawyer to file a petition. All fees are contingent and set by the state. Feel free to call me. William S. Stern, Southfield, Michigan
