Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Minnesota

finding/listing many small debts

I have a lot of smallish debts-- mostly between $500-$2000-- some credit card, but a lot of medical bills, unpaid cell phone balance, parking tickets, etc. Most of these happened during a period when I was severely depressed and just didn't open my mail, so now that I'm trying to gather everything together, it's really daunting. Any suggestions on how to track down all the debts so I know how much I really do owe, and to whom?

Go to http://www.annualcreditreport.com. Get yourself a free credit report. Try to include info from all three agencies: Transunion, Experian and Equifax.

Don't go to any other web site. The others claim to be free but they are not.
