Re: Bank account signer

Do you have a written Parntership Agreement?

If not both partners can bind the other.

You may have other remedies however.

Call or email for help.

Re: Bank account signer

The answer depends on the written agreements the parties have in place with regard to ownership and control of the business. In many instances, there may be an action for a Breach of Fiduciary Duty or a Breach of the Partnership contract.
