Legal Question in Business Law in Minnesota
Local Bar
At our local bar, a bartender has been taking pictures behind the counter and showing everyone the ''drunks''. I was wondering if this is a violation of privacy, or if there is anything to do that will stop it.

There is not necessarily anything illegal about taking pictures in a public place -- although it might scare away some of the customers.
