help with purchase
i wanted to purchase 2 narcotic dogs for my business. i gave money up front for the training cost of the dogs, and gave him money for my training for a handler certification. this was over 6 months ago and i have not gotten the dogs and my certification has not been scheduled. when i ask him about it he either doesn't respond or tells me it's going to be a while yet. how long should i wait before i get an attorney involved

Do you have a written contract?
How long is the normal training usually last?
I would think a letter from your attorney making demand on a timetable/deadline would be in order, esp. since you paid up front. How much was training?
