He called off wedding, is he responsible for some of the cost accured?
I am left $3000.00 in debt. From 1400.00 for wedding dresses and I was stupid enought to put the ring on a credit card that is in my name. Which is 1600.00. He called off the wedding. and took off. Leaving my with the debt. Inlcuding some deposits we cannot get back. If I take him to small claims court do you think I have a case? Is he responsible for half of the debt accured.

He may well be responsible for all the debt. Yes, you have a good small court claim. File 1t.
