I work for a construction company and we need to prelien a job that we are on. How do I go about doing this? Who do I contact? Is there software I can purchase with forms that I can fill out.

Here is a link to the statute, which contains the language you need (You may need to copy the link and paste it into your browser). Note, there are different requirements for contractors and subcontractors.
