Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Minnesota

They took my money now what

I recently purchased a trial membership to an online catalog and was clear that they would bill me for the full $30 if not canceled in the specified time. I found what i needed and wrote 3 emails to thier ''tech service dept'' asking to cancel my prescription and they never wrote back. I later had the thirty dollars billed to my account. I still have two of the emails i sent and i also sent one to the credit collection company that billed me. What can i do to get my money back?

Thank you for your time

Chris

Find their mailing address by getting their administrative and technical contacts off the Network Systems website. Then send them a certified letter (with a copy of the website language indicating refund policy) and put cc: David Anderson, Attorney at Law at the bottom. Give them a 1 week deadline. If no response, follow up with me and I will contact them.
