iam on colorwheel and missed was seen in er but is that enough for a excuse I live I McLeod co on probation for 5th degree drug now am on it for bogus probation violation

A probation violation may occur when conditions of probation are not met. If a violation occurs, you may admit or deny the violation. If denied, it will be scheduled for a Morrisey hearing where testimony and evidence is presented to demonstrate that there was no violation or that there was a valid reason for the violation.
