The sentence will depend on prior offenses and other factors, but in general this would probably be a second degree controlled substance offense, possibly a first degree offense. If there is a prior conviction, the statute calls for a mandatory sentence of 3 or 4 years, depending on whether the charge is a first or second degree controlled substance conviction.
