Statute of limitations for Blackmail/Extortion.

tried to use someones nude pics to blackmail them into giving me more pics, and 50-1oo$. what is the statute of limitations. she decided to use connections at comcast to find out who i am, and i know that is illegal. so she blackmailed me to take everyhting down, and stop. i need to know when i can feel safe from this.
