Re: Violation of Harassment Restraining order

Violation of a restraining order is a misdemenaor punishable by up to 90 days in jail and a $700 fine.

THe penalties may depend largely on your Judge. Given the circumstances you describe, it is possible to have the charges reduced to something far less serious or dismissed pursuant to an agreement to stay prosecution.
