Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

Correct representation

If a person was imporperly represented in an administrative hearing (or pretrial) what can a person do? The attorney did not offer all relevant evidence and the judges decision could be changed if the judge was able to hear all relevant information.

There is very little that you can do. It is a civil proceeding and, generally, you get one bit at that apple. It is not unusual to submit the issue based on the law enforcement officers testimony alone. In fact, that is often a good strategy.

There is very little you may do after the fact I am afraid.
