Legal Question in DUI Law in Minnesota

I am on the national drivers list,

I have a florida drivers liceance

but when it expiers next may thay will not renew it. I have not had any offences for 21 yrs. Thay want me to go to a treatment program and to aa for a year. Is there any way to pay the fine and get off the list without treatment and aa. I do not have a drinking problem!

I am afraid that Forida is unlikely to renew your license if you are revoked in another state. if that state is Minnesota, and you have had more than two DWI offenses, you must complete treatment, show attendance at AA and provide statements from those who have known you to be sober since the last offense in order to reinstate.
