Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

5 years after divorcing, my ex moved 45 miles away this spring w/o consulting me, and now wants our 2 children to move to her school district. I believe they are thriving where they are and they do not want to change schools. We will mediate but she has already stated she will take me to court if it doesn't go her eway. Any chance she could win? We have 50/50 physical and legal. Our oldest has 2 years left. What do I do?

You file a Motion to have the children remain in their current school District. If you share legal custody, that must be a joint decision. You may also file a Motion to modify parenting tome to a schedule that works and also require the parent that moved to provide a majority of the transportation.
