Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

Change of Court Date

I recently had the court date changed for a Parenting Time Hearing and I was told that I need to notify the other parties of this change.

Is there a legal form to fill out for this? How Do I go about doing this?

You can find many court forms at:

http://www.mncourts.gov/default.aspx?page=513

I'm not certain whether there is a notice of a changed hearing date on that site.

Re: Change of Court Date

Normally, you would serve the opposing party with an amended Motion noting the new court date.
