Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

my wife and I are still together and we have a six month old daughter in the hospital and she is never up here to see her kid and I was told if we are still together she can not have a boyfriend she says that she can because we are not together is that true????

If a married woman has sex with a boyfriend, then both are guilty of adultery. It won't be prosecuted, however, except upon the husband's (or wife's) complaint. Prosecutions under this law are rare. Nevertheless, it is still the law of Minnesota.

There is nothing to preclude a spouse from having a boyfriend or girlfriend. Although adultery is still on the books in Minnesota, it is NEVER prosecuted.

Moreover, Minnesota is a "no fault" divorce state. Adultery has no impact on the issues of divorce.
