divorce-pre marital vs non marital

getting divorced,stbx owned home before we were married.no loans or mortgage on it.after 2 years we got 27,000.00 home imp loan,balance is 23,000.00 she wants house,but wants me to pay home imp loan off,the whole 23,000.00.I did do some remodeling to the home myself before we got home imp loan

The debt on the home would be paid by the person who is awarded the home. There is unlikekely significant marital equity to divide. However, you may have a marital claim in any appreciation of the home due to capital improvements made during the marriage.
