My exwife did not follow the divorce decree and had a vehicle that was awarded to her in the decree repossessed with my name still on it. My credit will now be affected for 7 years. Is this something I should pursue legally? What would the possible outcome be? I was supposed to be

I am afraid that if you did not include provisions for non-compliance in your divorce decree, you have no remedy and no viable legal action.
