I have filed for bankruptcy and it is discharged. going through divorce. d i have to pay for the depts that were discharged in the bankruptcy?

If you filed bankruptcy during a divorce proceeding and that bankruptcy was not disclosed to the court, a court cannot require you to pay the debt, but it can require you to payyour spouse maintenance (alimony) if those debts were to become her responsibility based on that bankruptcy filing.
