Legal Question in Family Law in Minnesota

My husband and I married on 08/18/2012 in the state of MN, but I don't think the marriage was ever recorded. I say this because I searched on https://moms.mn.gov/ and was unable to find record of our marriage. Therefore leading me to question if our divorce is valid if marriage was not recorded, that was filed on 12/31/2013? And if the divorce is not valid, would that mean that we are still married since it was an obvious oversight by minister as to the recording not taking place?
