My son has been living with his mother for his hole life and the mother of my child has only let me see my kid once every so many years and every time we go to court she pulls the I don't ever try to see my son witch I do and now she left my son 3 moths ago with her mother/my sons grandma and now he is in foster care with her mother and my child support is being directed to her now how likely is it for me to get worded full custody because she left my son and has never came back

Custody would be difficult in the short term because the child apparently has a limited relationship with you. You may certainly file for custody and seek a schedule that increases over time ultimately resulting in custody.
