You will have to modify the child custody and support order. If both parents are on board this can probably be done by a stipulation. Please feel free to contact me if you are seeking an attorney to draft this for you. My fees will be very reasonable.

You can modify the custody and child support using forms found at www.mncourts.gov. If you wish to use the services of an attorney, an attorney should be able to draft a stipulation for both parents to sign.

If the parties are in agreement, you may have a lawyer draft a Stipulation and Order that changes custody, and, if desired, child support. It can usually be carried out without a hearing.
