ex wife

an order of protection was placed on my boyfriend by his ex wife by all false events that happened now whenever he talks to his children she calls the police on him saying he was asking their son about her again he wasnt. what steps could he take to make someone aware of this? does he have any rights?

I am not sure that I understand. If the Order for Protection already issued, the only thing he can do is follow the order an, if possible, have witnesses present to discount any false allegations of a violation. There is no other remedy I am afraid.
