ex wife wont sign the divorce

there is nothing to dispute, no kids, no property, no nothing. i had the papers prepared and sent them to the ex-wife for her to sign. She refuses to sign them to let the divorce procedure go though. what can i do.

You must file for divorce, serve the papers and proceed through court and, if no agreement is reached, ultimately a trial. You cannot force another party to agree.
