Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota

Stolen purchase agreement

The purchase agreement for our home was stolen from the real estate/title companies office. Both mine and my wife's SSN #'s were then used to open 6 credit cards in our name. We've spent countless hours trying to fix the credit issues this has cost. Can we sue the company for failing to protect our personal information?

Re: Stolen purchase agreement

If you have been damaged by the title insurance company's failure to protect your information, you may have a claim. I would be happy to discuss it with you.
