Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Minnesota
can i sue a man for negligence, pain and suffering, and mental anguish for a std he passed on to me,and i carried it for 5 months with out my knowledge, until the infection got to an advanced stage. i believe he got treated and failed to tell me
