Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

Hi, I was arrested DWI(DUI) in NY on 08/26/2007. I appeard court and it got reduced (DWAI) and paid all fines. Got my licence back. currenlty I am in MN. I am Indian citizen and got my H1B recently thru my new employer without issues (I mentioned "Yes" in Visa forms DS157 - At the time of H1B interview in India, i was asked to show my court disposition and after seeing by Visa office, i was given back and issued Visa). I applied I140 and I1485 concurrently on EB1 catagory thru my employer. I mentioned "Yes" in I1485, but i did not attach my court disposition letter. Will it affect to get my green card? Should i get an RFE regrding this or Should i take an interview?

Help is highly appreciated

Even though you have provided the documentation repeatedly, the information isn't always passed along as one might think. You can expect an RFE asking for the DWAI and proof of all fines being paid. In the event that you do not receive an RFE, you will still want to have a certified copy showing the matter closed with you at the I-485 interview.

If I can be of any further assistance please let me know.
