Legal Question in Immigration Law in Minnesota

Is there a way to get Emergency Permanent Residence (Green Card) through relative?

My sister (US Citizen) have cancer and she is going through a very painful treatment and chemo. She is also divorced by his husband. She have nobody of her own to take care.

She is in extreme need of me due to her medical conditions right away. And the doctor suggests that she'll be very weak and have frequent medical problems even after her treatment finishes.

She is ready to file and sponsor me in anyway.

But the thing is that as I know it will take about 10 - 15 yrs to get my green card through her petetion.

There must be a "Emergency way" to get the green card, ?

There is no such thing as an "emergency green card." You may be able to obtain a longer term temporary visa, given your sister's hardship.

Hello:

You might be able to try the Medical "B2" Visitor Visa or alternative, a 212(d)(5) Humanitarian Parol or get sponsored for an H-3. Please contact me for more information.
