Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Minnesota

I am being asked to change my logo and yards signs because they are the same color and size of one of my larger competitors, the size is 10' hex, and the color is blue. Both of these thing are stock. The lawyer is going to sue by oct 29 2010 if i dont make these changes
