acronyms on taxes

my grandmas property taxes came and the have my sisters name as owner with ET AL SUBJ/LE after. my grandma is confused as to what this means.

et al means: and others

subj/le probably means: subject to life estate.

However, why don't you call the co. treasurer and ask them?
