lein on property

I have won a judgement in the amount of $20,000.00. The judge placed a lein on the property of the person I won the judgement agaisnt. May I foreclose on that property? It has been over eight motnhs and nothing is being done on this.

There is a judgment execution process, which is similar to foreclosure. Judgment holders often do not execute on real property, because they typically have a low priority position on title. If they become the owner of the property, senior leins and mortgages survive the execution.
