Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

My mother and another couple jointly owned a piece of land. My mother passed away two years ago and her half of the property is held in her trust (managed by me and my two siblings) and the other couple (a close friend of our family) are still living.

I would like to purchase the entire land from the trust (my siblings) and the other couple. We've agreed on a price and would like to file our own papers. Can we do a quit claim or warranty deed? Property is in MN.

Unless teh price is reallly nominal and you don't care if you get good title, you should get help from an attorney or at least a title company to be sure the title is clear and that the right documents are filed.
