Legal Question in Traffic Law in Minnesota
i got my drivers licence 3-17-2010 got a ticket 3-28-2010 for no licence there still trying to get her to pay 100 dollars because the state didnt put her license in the computer till the 29 court date 10-04-2010 what can i do to fix this before hand

Can't be fixed before. Go to Court and plead not guilty. Then hire a lawyer or apply for a public defender. If their is documentation that the license was valid at the time of the stop, then something likely can be done.
