What are the penaties for driving after suspension

I was pulled over for DAS and no proof of insurance two days ago. I purchased insurance same day, and plan on getting my license back. i have a court date in june in scott county.

do i have to go to court? what judgement can i expect? i have no priors except an unpaid tabs ticket

You also contacted me through my website and I responded. However, I will repeat that information here.

Most attorneys on such a case would be able to avoid a ticket. You can try on your own and if you do not succeed, you may wish to hire counsel. if you reinstate before the court date, and bring in your proof, many prosecutors will agree to a Stay of Prosecution. That means if you do not have any other similar offense for a particular period (usually a year) the case is dismissed. It will not go on your record, but you may be required to pay prosecution costs.
