Which form to use

I would like to use the Living Trust form for a single person. The forms offered are with children or with no children. I have 2 kids, but I do NOT want anything I have to go to my kids or granddaughter. Which form should I use?

You need to put a disclaimer in your document saying that you do not want anything to go to your kids or granddaughter.
