I know that Lawguru has legal forms or adds for some legal forms outfit, but we attorneys who get these questions to answer have nothing to do with that operation.

In fact, for the most part I think selling will forms to someone who has no idea of which one to use or where to start is just a bad bad bad idea. It is a hazardous, dangerous place to be wandering around without a professional guide. Might as well go to the internet for a map through an Iraqi mine field. I'm sure someone is willing to sell you one.

Most lawyers I know do wills cheap. A lot is at stake in will preparation. Ask anyone who had a relative who died without one, or who had a relative who died with a poorly drafted will.

You are not going to find a "divorced, remarried, widowed with five adult children" will form. Get your mother to a competent lawyer who prepares wills.
