Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Minnesota

Do I need a will if I have one 20 yr old child? I am a single mother and would give him everything anyway. Does it still need to be in writing?

There are many advantages to executing a will above and beyond the distribution of your property. It may save money in probating your estate. It simplifies the process. It can provide additional provisions relating what you want done with your remains and other matters. In addition, I generally provide a health care directive for my clients. My costs are very reasonable. Feel free to give me a call.
