felony removal

I want to know what it takes to remove a felony from my record. I was charged with statutory rape and served 3 yrs probation, my probation was over in January 2003 and I want to have the charges removed

Can't, unless you are talking about a probation tied to nonadjudication of a guilty plea or a diversion. In that case, the prosecutor is responsible for following up on the matter.
