Re: Law question

Non-adjudication is a decision which is made at the time the defendant enters a plea of Guilty to the offense, and the Court then determines that it will accept the plea but will withhold any adjudication on the plea based upon the defendant's successful completion of probation requirements and other requirements (including payment of a fine, court costs, laboratory fees, etc.) and other requirements which may be included by the Judge.
