Legal Question in DUI Law in Mississippi

Multiple DUI

My stepson's father had three previous DUI'S. He was put on probation, violated it, and he spend some time in the state prison. He has been out, and recently was released from probation. he has still been drinking and driving. Last Friday was received another DUI. Is there any way he can get out of this, or will he be going back to prison. I know he didn't have a license, and I do not believe that he had paid his previous fines. I am only asking this because our legal and police system here is a joke. Can I find out who will be the proscuter for this case, and when it will be? thank you, bc

Re: Multiple DUI

He needs to fight this last DUI and win in order to stay out of jail. The DUI ticket will have the number to the Clerk's office which is the person to contact about when is court and who is the prosecutor.
