Child Custody Agreement

I am looking for file for sole custody of my children under the Mississippi Law ''Termination of Rights of Unift Parents,'' and have been searching for as example in which to reference from in writing a formal agreement to the noncustodial or absent parent.

Re: Child Custody Agreement

Terminating someone's parental rights can be very tricky. It's not as simple as just saying he or she's unfit in a document. You will need to be prepared for a full court hearing on the matter. I wouldn't advise you to try and handle this yourself, but if you insist, you need to be aware that the judge will not be able to help or advise you. You will be responsible for knowing all the procedure and proper etiquette. When dealing with matters concerning your children it really is better to bite the bullet and retain counsel. Depending on your circumstances, it may not be as expensive as you thought. If that doesn't help contact your local legal aid office.
