getting marriage annulled
if my girlfriend got married a few years ago but never consummated the marriage can she get an anullment or does she have to get a divorce

You can�t wait a few years to get an annulment. The procedures and cost are basically the same anyway, so there is no reason, other than religious, for filing for an annulment, rather than a divorce.
