Legal Question in Immigration Law in Mississippi
IMy parents got denied for a green card in 2003. we have been living here 16 years. Right now we dont have nothing just a SSN. I have to leave for Colombia. Can i leave with my Peruvian passport. Or do i have to get a Visa of some type. Can i wait for a law or something.

If you do nothing, maybe one day you could qualiify for legalization if such a law were ever passed. But given the very large budget to remove people from the U.S. - 10 times the amount as what was available just 10 years ago - it's quite possible that people who are not lawfully in the US may all be removed from the U.S. instead.
Right now, there is aggressive enforcement of immigration law with many people leaving the U.S. I wouldn't count on an amnesty or similar law.
