Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Mississippi

Vaccular Stient

Because of vascular problems a doctor installed a strint in the left side of my (can't spell the name) "Y" in the main artery) in my stomach. It was apparently installed incorrectly because it extended through the"Y" to the wall of the main artery. Less than a week later it blocked both sides the same doctor installed another stient in the right side and cleared the blockage. He claimed the one installed in the left side had migrated to its present position. weeks later I again had blockage on both sides, the doctor managed to open the right side with the balloon procedure. The left side is hopelessly blocked and now I am told that I must have a by-pass. Another highly specailized cvascular surgeron told me after looking at my films and records that the stients were the cause of the blockages. This problem has caused me to become disabled and unable to continue with my employment. Do you think I have a case of Medical Malpratice? Ifso, do lawyers take such cases on contingency? Please advise.

Re: Vaccular Stient

Well you might have a case, BUT it is hard to tell from your post. It is not clear to me what the caused the stents to move...or if they were put in the wrong place. I am currently working another case in MS and would be happy to discuss this with you. Please feel free to call me. 1-800-838-0800

Lawyers do take these case on contingency, but because they do they look very hard at them. I know I do.
