Legal Question in Personal Injury in Mississippi

Pretrial disclosures

Does Mississippi Circuit Court require that I provide my opponent with pretrial disclosures at least 30 days before trial as required by Federal Rules of Civil Procedure?

I can't find it in the Ms. Rules of Civil Procedure. Thanks

Re: Pretrial disclosures

yes and no. the mississippi rules place you under a continuing duty to disclose items to your opponent. if items are not timely disclosed, they could be excluded. 30 days is a good rule of thumb. also, expert witnesses are required to be designated 60 days prior to trial.
