loan to parents
My husband and I want to buy my parents a home in Miss. Someone suggested we offer them a loan payable upon death. That way, they can have the home in their names and claim homestead exemption. Is this a good idea or is there another way to do this?

If the home is going to be in MI, then consult with a MI real estate attorney to find the best way for you. This is too much money to act on a response here.
