Possibility 2nd wife of brother changed life ins

2002 my brothers life ins was changed the new heirs are his second wife and her brother, nov 04 he passed in aug of 04 he told me and my boyfriend that the kids have a trust for college if they do not go to college they can't get the money till a certain age. His first wife was told nothing was left to the children due to the change in the policy in 2002. I cannot belive my brother would not have left anything to them. The kids are both young and he was going to make sure they were taken care of. His second wife is money hungry and basic white trash. I really think this is a criminal situation where do I start. I am afraid she will get the money before probate if she does she will spend all of it.The kids would still get nothing. I do not want that to happen.

Your target will be the change. You can attack it by examination of the signature to see if it was your brother's and you can examine the circumstances of its being signed to determine if your brother was competent or the victim of coercion or fraud at the time of its execution.
