Requirements for forming an LLC

I am planning on forming an LLC, with only 2 members. What are the requirements to do this?

Re: Requirements for forming an LLC

You must file Articles of Organization with the corporation regulatory body on forms prescribed by them. There is no minimum requirement for members of an LLC - there can be as few as one.
