If i claim an unsecured debt in my Chapter 7 bankruptcy, will that debtor be paid in full?

Unsecured debts rarely are paid any money at all in a chapter 7 case. Maybe you are confusing unsecured debt with secured debt. Secured debt typically means that the creditor has collateral in connection with the debt (like a car loan or home mortgage). Secured debts are usually paid in full in a chapter 7 case.
